How answers are generated, upload processing, and common states.

How chat answers are generated

  1. You send a question or prompt to the AI assistant.
  2. The AI processes your request and determines whether it needs files or external tools.
  3. If needed, the system retrieves relevant documents from Knowledge and connected integrations.
  4. The AI drafts a response based on your question and retrieved sources.
  5. The answer appears with source links for verification.
  6. You can review and ask follow-up questions or start a new task.

What happens after you upload

  1. The system queues your upload for processing.
  2. AI reads and analyzes the content, extracting key information.
  3. The system checks whether processing is complete.
  4. Once ready, content is indexed and becomes available in Chat and insights.

Behind the scenes (simple version)

  • Sign-in keeps your account safe and company data separate.
  • AI answers, meeting analysis, and document reading happen in the background.
  • You will see status updates while the system is working.
  • If your session expires, the app will ask you to sign in again.
