Storage & processors

Data may be processed on servers you deploy (for example VPS in your region) and in email systems used to deliver to cs@wyni.technology. Support attachments and media may be stored in our encrypted cloud storage in Hong Kong (Alibaba Cloud OSS) for triage and retention according to your settings.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of ticket or contact records where applicable law provides. Contact us using the details in the footer.
