How chat answers are generated
- You send a question or prompt to the AI assistant.
- The AI processes your request and determines whether it needs files or external tools.
- If needed, the system retrieves relevant documents from Knowledge and connected integrations.
- The AI drafts a response based on your question and retrieved sources.
- The answer appears with source links for verification.
- You can review and ask follow-up questions or start a new task.
What happens after you upload
- The system queues your upload for processing.
- AI reads and analyzes the content, extracting key information.
- The system checks whether processing is complete.
- Once ready, content is indexed and becomes available in Chat and insights.
Common states you may see
